We collect information about you when you contact GR Automotive about services or booking an appointment. This can be via email, phone, online or paper.

The information you give us may include your name, home/business address, email address, phone number/s, date of birth, vehicle details.

This information is required to complete the services we offer. It is also so we can contact you if needed. This information will only ever be used by GR Automotive.

We will use your personal information to deliver the service/s you have booked.

We will not share this information with any third party without your consent, except to prevent fraud or if required by law.

If you have consented to receive marketing, you can opt out at any time.

If you decide to no longer be a customer of GR Automotive (with a 12 month period between appointments or by request) then we will remove your information within 7 days.

By law, some information will need to be kept for 7 years from the date of your last service provided by us.

The information you give us will be stored online, on paper, on our mobile phone/s or on our computer/devices. Paper information is in a locked filing storage and all digital information is password protected.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal information that we have on file.

We like to make sure the information you give us is correct and always up to date. You can contact us at any time to correct or remove any information you think may not be accurate.

You also have the right to request any information about you is removed.
